A grow room controller is the device or platform that reads your sensors and drives your HVAC, dehumidifiers, pumps, and lights. Buddaban Tech replaces per-room controllers with one platform that runs every room and greenhouse from the same place.
VPD (vapour pressure deficit) measures how hard the air pulls water out of the plant, combining temperature and humidity in one number. Keeping VPD in range keeps transpiration and nutrient uptake steady, so the climate module controls VPD directly instead of temperature and humidity separately. Yes. The platform connects existing HVAC, pumps, valves, and 0-10V dimmers through RS-485 and Modbus gateways, and adds calibrated sensors only where they matter. You do not need to replace working equipment.
PPFD measures the light reaching the crop each second, and DLI is the total light delivered over a day. The lighting module dims and ramps your lights against DLI and PPFD targets, so the crop gets the light it needs without wasted energy.
